Well, authorities can do something about it. Quit letting the inmates run the asylum.
That's pretty much what Judge Freeman with the Stanislaus county court told me, he said it's just boys being boys. Except 3 years after he said it, one of the boys was dead and another in jail for possession of a gun. I think the left sees this as population control. If you do away with policing and parenting, women will stay indoors in fear and that's exactly where they want them.
