  1. I feel the attention that ends that instability is similar to that split second of noticing something is off balance for instance if I was doing an on pointe single leg or something on a hand balance or walking tight wire? We don't have the time to think about any it's off balance we just notice observe it and pay attention that brings it into balance again. Takes training though

  2. There is a narrator living inside my head. Out of courage, I decided to stop it, but I ended up having another narrator who scolds the first one, asking, “Why are you like this?”
But now I’ve realized that it has to be a silent stare, without any judgment or scolding.

  3. Firstly get rid of bad friends and bad influences. Because a bad friend or influence is liken to one drop of sour milk contaminating the whole bucket or can of milk in a very short period of time. Just be aware. Even your association with seeking entertainment as constant pleasure is destructive. i.e. TV. Etc. Much like forms of Globalism which are Ectoplasmic Monsters which have a negative bearing in one's psyche.😊

  4. I’ve been watching my mind for nearly fifty years ever since I first read Freedom From the Known and it chatters on ceaselessly. So imo and I humbly say it has made no difference and I honestly don’t know what else to try.
