👉 In this English Pronunciation lesson I will teach you how to pronounce the letter H correctly and we will also practice the letter H with 18 different vowel sounds. This is great practice if you want to improve ALL of your English pronunciation skills!
👉 The Letter H is quite an interesting letter in English because about 85% of Native English speakers pronounce this letter as ‘eɪʧ’ (with h silent) while around 12-15% of Native English speakers pronounce it ‘heɪʧ’ (with the h). You also find this difference in pronunciations of some words like ‘herb’ and ‘herbal’ which are pronounced with H in the UK 🇬🇧 and without H in the USA 🇺🇸.
👉 The letter H is also very often SILENT in English, especially when it comes after G or W like in Ghost and Where.
👉 This lesson has CHAPTERS so you can SKIP to the part you need to learn most.
