My Grandfather whom I was very Close to and carry his last name proudly. He passed away I the early 2000s its 2026 and I still mourn his passing. I do not let the grief take over I chose to Celebrated his birthday every year as an personal Irish Wake
You're so very right Jimmy. The grief is always there but you make peace with it. At some point you walk with it when it's your friend because through that grief is how we remember people and we remember the good times and the love.
