Why can't we find good Phones it means we have to become scientist 😅
Fun fact, even though it is a $2000 phone it’s actually a $1000 phone and that’s because they’re pretty much forcing you to have to trade in your old phone. I can almost assure you you have a newer phone than me yes I know some people with an older phone but not very many and they offered me $1100 to trade in my phone and because you have a newer phone than me they’ll probably offer you even more. I think the phones are really cool. I also think $1000 is a lot of money so I haven’t made the jump yet. I’m weighing my options because my phone is perfectly fine and I don’t have to upgrade but I am getting excited that for the first time in 10 years, there’s finally things worth getting excited about. My last phone was a galaxy S8. I did not realize how bad that phone was until I upgraded and then I was like wait these features are supposed to work.😮 so maybe if I upgrade my phone I will be blown away once again but honestly, the only issues I’m having is I don’t have any of the new galaxy AI features when I use the Zoom feature on my phone pictures come out blurry and my phone doesn’t have a pen so I can’t take advantage of the pen features however this phone doesn’t have a pen so that’s irrelevant this phone also doesn’t have the Zoom feature so that’s irrelevant so as you can see these are some of the many reasons why I still have yet to upgrade
The original, the fold felt unusable until you unfolded it. This thing actually felt natural in my hand. And this is the person that walked into T-Mobile already to buy the phone saw how awkward it felt and decided yeah I’m not willing to trade in my phone and make this big of a commitment so if I say this thing doesn’t feel awkward, it means it doesn’t feel awkward. I recommend going into your local phone store and trying it out. I personally like the Z fold ultra better but both are pretty solid.
At one point in time, there was a purpose to a honeymoon now a honeymoon is just a celebration. It used to mean you are now for the first time living together, but let’s be honest that applies to almost nobody in modern Day America. But that is where the term honeymoon period comes from. You just bought this new product and this is your first time using it and it’s extra special for me when I get a new water bottle. I use it every single day then a couple weeks past and I stopped using it and then a couple months past. I only use it a couple times. But during the honeymoon. I was convinced that I was gonna use this thing every day for the rest of the year so over explanation for what honeymoon. Means and the origin of it.
These phones have been making me more interested, but not sure if I'm willing to fully commit yet.

I would almost kill for a Samsung the size of he fold8 but closed, without the fold. Just a squashed phone.
I would kill harder for a Tab S- the size of the fold8 opened, with spen support, this would be the perfect compact tablet, for small games and reading.
But I'm gonna look at a foldable for 1,8k.

I'd love to have this one, seems like the perfecr screen ratio for a foldable. But my fold4 simply had its inner screen dead out of nowhere exactly on the month it was 2 years old. Never trusted to buy another foldable again ever since.
This phone is the equivalent of grocery-getter pickup trucks. Ridiculously priced, impractical for what most people will use it for, and it's also a flex to own since it's large.
If you really want to play crossplay, just do a portrait mode and do a left-right split. 😊

4:00 What a dumb comparison. The Fold 8 Ultra isn't a square, it's taller than it is wide. How hard is it to turn the ultra by 90 degrees in order to use more of the screen?
Why don’t companies go ahead and do this BEFORE they release to the general public.. send their versions out to focus groups and then adjust prior.. I mean I know it wouldn’t satisfy everyone but atleast get the top 3 issues / complaints fixed.. oh wait nm.. that’s how they continue to make money on each new release.. nm lol
I would buy it if my budget allowed it. I liked it more than I expected!
Let's just remember that our cell phones were once $100 with snake as the best game. $2k is kind of nuts. I got the fold when it first came out and I am still using it. But I really had to convince my wife that it is helpful for my bad eyes and my phone is literally the item I use the most.
