Just looks like the movie with a different cast – same sets, same costumes. But it lacks the condensed drama of cinema, which is short-form compared with TV serials. Might satisfy the Potter-nerds with a bit more detail than the Hollywood version could offer (more digressions, minor characters etc.). But so far I don't see it adding much to what's already out there.
Will I give it a chance? Sure. The first episode. Just because it’s Harry Potter. Thats the only reason. Will I expect it to be good? No. Not in the slightest.
