My friend told me that
Single/unmarried Woman
Age 26 with No Travel history and First time planning for US might raise concerns as Potential immigrant and they will give 214b
Single woman might take tourist visa and get married with green card holder
I have applied for b1/c1d at the first time and later just c1d but then also got refused in the same section of 214b
I have been refused twice under section 214b but will reapply again in the coming month.
My dad is a resident of USA and he hasn't come to the country for 8 years he is 79 and he went for a return resident visa and got denied, what can I do about it? He has no criminal record.

I denied 2 times and the in second attempt he didn't ask "what's changed" he ask normal questions and reject me again saying "nothing has changed"

Hello officer. Same embassy means same country embassy or same embassy with in a country. For example In India, we have 5 embassies. I have applied for J1 visa initially at chennai embassy which got refused, then I have applied at Hyderabad embassy , and again it got refused. Do you mean that, I should have reapplied to the same chennai embassy or was it okay to reapply with the Hyderabad embassy. I wanted to confirm please
I was interviewed twice, on screening and by the consul.
Just stay focused and be relax. Do not overthink, instead treat them as your colleagues.

I got rejected today, he asked me what’s your purpose of visit I said I’m a huge fan of Disney so want to visit Disneyland park in California that’s it. I think he was expecting much more for me to say but I didn’t. Should I reapply now or wait for 4-5 months?
