The State Trooper and the Legally Armed Citizens are absolutely heros and prevented more deaths by this Coward, only a Coward shoots innocent in unarmed citizens. From the other videos because of this citizen and trooper he couldn't keep targeting innocent people because they were now a threat to his cowardly plan. This is why an armed society is a polite society. God rest the souls of the victims, they didn't deserve to be ripped away from their lives and their families. And to the Coward, good riddance. KTLA is the only new source I’ve seen that credits an off duty cop. No other news sources even mentions an off duty cop. They all state that “a heroic armed citizen stopped the shooter.”
