This is called "pyramiding" and the VA will not allow it for the same loss of function. They might bump the rating higher, but they will not give you separate rating for each limitation for the same loss of function.
My C&P exam I was limited in all range of motion, with cervical strain I couldn’t look up or down. I tried and my examiner told me that she couldn’t get a measurement due to limitations. I literally tried my best, but I was having a flare up. Complete stiffness of my neck and back, with involuntary spasms and shaking in my arms and legs. My thing is I hope she documented it as such and not that I denied taking the exam.
When u say cant cross ur legs do u mean standing or sitting ? … cause when im sitting I cant even cross legs and put my foot on my other leg

Is this information still valid in 2024? I'm rated for my lower back, both knees, and both feet. I'm struggling to get my VA drs to address my hip issues.

If you never went in for hip issues as a serviceman, but get a hip replacement later on, do you qualify for disability with it? I was always told whatever wasn’t in your medical records when you were in the military has no leg to stand on if you retire and seek compensation for it.
