I’m a big fan of the 90s filter! Is this a filter in video editing software? Could you point me to a tutorial on how to create it?
I tried your 90s anime filter tutorial for Photoshop, then I copy it to Clip Studio Paint as an Auto Action, and it worked wonderfully! Even better than the effects in the Clip Studio Paint add-on web.
However, since I’m working on animation, I have to reapply it to each frame individually, which is quite a destructive process. So I’ve been looking for video editing software like DaVinci Resolve that offers a similar effect, but haven’t had much luck yet 🙁
