Dr. Rowe shows how to self release (mobilize, crack, pop… etc.) your hips with an easy, seated exercise.
This may help improve mobility in the hips, giving quick relief for hip pain, stiffness, and muscle tightness. Also, it requires no equipment and can be at home or work.
Give it a try and let us know how it works for you!

I finally after 20 years was able to feel that “pop” of relief and omg I did not realize just exactly how tight my hips were and how I lived that long that way! I still have a long ways to go and I know consistency is the key factor as it is with everything.
my hip flexor has been giving me grief again for a couple weeks, haven’t been able to fix it and it’s making my sleep even worse and driving me crazy because i can never get comfortable. i just did this and even though it didn’t have a dramatic pop, it immediately feels a lot better 🥹 thank you for your videos!!
I can’t even get my leg in that position. It hurts so bad.
My rt hip will not allow me to put my right leg in that position. I can do it with my left, but not right. What would help that to get more range ?
Psychology and mapping
Finding that was grate
The couple of circles trick was a stability
Bottle collars
Your very skillful tataical cross refrances
Are beyond anything I've seen
Very High Standard ❤
I tried it and caught a cramp in my belly lol. Wth??
No pop, but definitely feels better
I am definitely gonna try this
Thank you 👋
Mine is properly locked, I can’t get the knee down flat and it’s not unlocking 😢
I've never been able to form a 4 with my legs or sit "Indian-style" so this method was ineffectual for me.😢
I could only get into figure 4. Literally tried to do the rest but the pain was too intense.
Thankyou
Either my Tylenol kicked in, or these stretches worked like instantly 😮 Thank you.
If I could do that I wouldn't have to do it
Always works!
This man deserves to be wealthy
None of these work for me
When your legs can't come up that high?
I've been struggling with one hip for a while and I got a pop just from putting my hand on the knee, I barely had to press 😂
Thank you so much!
Nice one 👍 ❤
Pop 🚑 👻 🪦
Just joking. This is helpful.
For some reason my right hip is tight, can be sore and feels as though it is seized at certain points….i have a driving job that doesnt help but, why only my right hip ?…. my left is 70% more flexible.
How do I release my hip in order to do this?
no pop but great stretch!
I’ve even done stretches from different peoples YouTube channels and sometimes apon increase or decreases stretching definitely helps but pain soon short after comes back @drrowe
Question sir I work in a chocolate factory and have unconsciously leaned on left hip for four months and now have lower back pain thag goes from left side hip to my left leg pain goes down within an hour of working my back hurts dk how to fix can’t keep doing this life’s tough rn and I can’t afford to have back surgery etc it sucks man everybody keeps calling me old man no bs I’m 27
My issue is I literally can’t put my left leg up on my knee it’s too painful and even if I did I feel like I’d explode if I leaned forward even a little bit
Thank you 🙏
Yeah i cant even get my
Leg up that high. Let alone push down on it if i get in that position
I got a few slight pops in my neck on the right side.
EXCELLENT! THANKS!!!!
Will this help ITB?
I feel it on my shoulder as well
This must be the problem, I'm so tight I can't even do that😂, just trying has helped though
I got some relief…thank you. Loosened it up.
Omg you are a life saver
I can put my leg on my knee to form number 4,my leg is locked and cant put it down
I tried it didn't feel any stretch in hip just back and side?
