The key that was given sucks a**, its just like a paper clip . I used it for like 10 min and gave up. So I used it to open it by the side and took out the knob and just turned the middler white part to unlock. Started practicing and used a thin screw driver since I dont have a flat head and that worked faster than my “key” given. Trash key. Just try anything that fits in the small hole turn it clock wise
