I agree about the unreliable nature of his ability if you're correct. Basically the longer the prediction goes on for him, the more likely a prediction will be incorrect. I also am assuming that using Gyo would show at least some indication of tserri's ability to people, even if not completely undoing the ability. You've cooked so hard with dissecting this ability – I think you're dead on

I disagree with the idea that “people who are under the illusion might just change their minds which makes it the ability's weakness” Because If the Nen beast predicts people using their memories, personality, desires, and current circumstances, then any reason for them to change their minds should already be part of the calculation. Otherwise, what makes one person suddenly override it while Benjamin, Theta, and everyone else followed the prediction perfectly?
Also, we all know the prince kept the ability active the whole time, so if "The Will" that the prince wrote was just a sudden flexible change that the nen beast approved because it didn't contradict the chain of events in the minds of everyone else, then why didn't the same happen with the automatic door that the prince went through when he passed in front of the two soldiers in the last chapters, the ability was active and the door opening suddenly didn't contradict anything so why didn't they see it as it opened ?
To me, this suggests a much more specific mechanism than simply “the beast just prevents contradictions ”

I've enjoyed all the references and allusions you've captured. There's one that I think is particularly pertinent to Tserriednich right now, that he himself even mentioned in dialogue: the psychophysical investigations of Gustav Fechner are very, very relevant to what's going on. Here's what I had written in a recent Reddit post:
"Gustav Fechner and his psychophysical speculations can be considered when it comes to Tserri's Zetsu and "invisibility", where for him, little now interrupts his Zetsu outside of the stimulus of pain, and for those around him, whether or not they perceive him at all when his ability is active. Notably, Fechner experienced eye damage (which occurred while he was doing research on afterimages) that influenced his psychophysical work, which is comparable to Tserri having to close his eyes to get his vision of the future and trigger the psychophysical, and his ability to leave his own afterimages. Funny too that Tserri wears sunglasses now, not just connecting him to The Invisible Man but the very thing that damaged Fechner's eyes while doing his afterimage research."
Additionally, if you think of what Tserriednich sees during the Ephemeral Ten Seconds as analogous to television snow, you can compare the illusions he leaves behind to burn-in. Didn't Benjamin, before "killing" the fake Tserri, say he wanted his face to be burned into Tserri's memory while he died? I feel I could be reading into things, but we're definitely meant to!
Assuming decisions based on RNG can divert from what's shown in the 10 seconds, I wonder how Tserriednich would fare against an ability like Crazy Slots

Also I had a random thought the other day, that Tserri being portrayed as this Devil and one of his weaknesses being Melody's music is kinda ironic considering Melody's ultimate goal is to find and destroy the Sonata of Darkness which is said to be written by the Satan / The Devil 😱 (although I doubt this means anything as Chrollo's orchestral scene in Yorknew was a nod to it already I think?)

I have a small issue with your theory that the antenna implants the memory of watching those ten seconds into Tserriednich, which is that Tserriednich can also think during those 10 seconds, which with your theory would imply the antenna is predicting his thoughts and implanting them too. However, it can't or doesn't do the same for the illusory Tserri in the ephemeral 10 seconds. Why the disconnect?

Midway through the video so you might touch on one of these points later on, but had two thoughts I wanted to get out.
First, I'm realizing how tragic Pakunoda's ability is. She likely got her hatsu to read memories in order to find out who was involved in killing Sarasa. By nature of the job, that means she's read gruesome memories from heinous criminals over and over in order to achieve her goal. Despite this she was still the kindest troupe member, making her sacrifice all the more tragic imo.
Second, I'm wondering how the ability interacts when people outside of range enter the range within that first ten seconds. The idea that Laplace's demon takes a snapshot and makes predictions makes a lot of sense, but the range restriction means it shouldn't be able to predict things outside of the range unless people in the room already know about it. We already know that people outside of the range initially can see his actual actions too. This could lead to some interesting interactions like Tserri getting caught off-guard by a large scale attack originating outside of his range, though I think the ultimate end to his arc will be based more on free will than on the mechanics of his ability. Likely something along the lines of Kurapika sacrificing himself for Woble in some way instead of prioritizing the eyes of his brethren as Laplace's demon predicted.
