  1. 27:01 take the cocunut and like put it in the section of the freezer where you put vegetables to make them not go bad for 1hour or so then eat it it is soooooo gooood and you can take the meat of the cocunut out cut it like mozzerala or cut it into pieces before putting it in to the freezer

  3. The tea turns purple due to pH. The acid provided by the lemon decreases the pH(makes the solution/tea more acidic) which then changes the color. The molecule responsible for the color change seems to be flavylium.

    Hopefully that answer is more satisfying to those who read comments than simply saying that 'science' is responsible for the change in color.
