Between wrong stock numbers, a questionable southern accent, and dealers hanging up, I started wondering if Dale was ready for the job.

You're using it wrong… it doesn't hear the other guys conversation, just what you're saying so u should provide context: "The dealer is asking what make and model" But really before the call, you should already set up GPT with what the premise of the conversation is about and all the details about the car and ask it to research similar listing and tell it what our target negotiated price should be. Still it won't be perfect but it'll be a little better.

Maybe that's the answer. AI gets so good at negotiating for cars, that dealers have to use AI to sell the cars. Now, instead of AI negotiating with AI, they just have to offer one price across the industry, no add on's, and the industry is FIXED!! LOL
Voice mode negotiating is rough because it can't see the dealer's paper. A better setup: have ChatGPT draft your target out-the-door price and a short email script first, then send emails to several dealers and let them compete. Text beats talking here! 🚗
