I just started watching your fake product reviews, and I'm unsure I can take much more oblivious stupidity. But I suppose somebody has to do it, and you are it for awhile until you find time to do more serious legal videos. Good luck with that!
As a former USNavy SCUBA Diver, I must caution you about using such "mini-scuba tanks". The bona fide units use very high pressure in order to stuff one or two spare lungfuls of air in such a tiny tank, and the cheap tanks like yours cannot handle anywhere near the required pressure. In addition, the deeper one dives, the more air is compressed in density and it does less to fill the lungs.
But the REAL danger of using real high-pressure mini-tanks is this: If a free diver needs a fresh breath at depth of 30 feet and takes a breath from ANY compressed air tank,THAT VOLUME WILL TRIPLE on your way to the surface, and unless you are exhaling freely during your ascent, your lungs could easily suffer an embolism and rupture the lining of your lungs. Remember, any air left in your lungs will triple in volume, so the quicker you ascend, the more relief you get – HOWEVER, that's also how "the Bends" gets started, so try not to rush or exhale prematurely air you'll want later.
So, bringing an innocent little extra air tank can quickly become deathly if mismanaged.

I used to get wind-up ornithopters in chinatown for 50 cents. They actually flew around.
Yes, you can breathe underwater for 10 minutes using a cylinder 'like' that.
An actual pony bottle is a lot more expensive, and requires a regulator.
But it's round and kinda the same size ish – so yeah, it like that.
You used far more air from that mini tank than you needed to by dancing around like prat. You cannot dive without a weight belt giving you neutral buoyancy which saves energy. Using any form of breathing apparatus requires economy of movement and self discipline. I instructed in breathing apparatus and that bottle with regulator will work in principle but must never be used when diving solo and only in shallow water you can stand up in.

As a licensed diver the claim of 10 minutes varies. The deeper you go the less bottom time you have because of the water pressure you breathe in more cubic of air the deeper you go. And if you do plan on using that thing, you should actually be licensed because there’s a reason why. If you surface too fast, your lungs can literally pop and if you go too deep and you come up fast, you can get what’s called decompression sickness they put you in a special chamber for that. It’s a serious life-threatening situation so just be careful with the scuba tank
