But being called “not normal” doesn’t bother me at all. I actually take it as a compliment.
I love my unique little life, just the way it is.
This week, I also spent some time remembering my late father during Obon, and enjoyed a summer day in Ginza.

Trolls. Bullies. Mean People. All lacking in personal satisfaction, confidence, and meaningful connection. So they have no other way of feeling something than to attempt to illicit a reaction by tearing down others. And this habit trains them to lack compassion and empathy. Sad really. Especially since their nastiness only serves to cast a shadow on them, not on their target. Nobody likes a bully. Pay no mind to those trolls dear lady! You know you're awesome and rad! And so do we! Your well curated life is something to celebrate! We all enjoy watching and seeing your little apartment tweaks! I especially am enjoying the cherries now on the bedroom wall by the donut…they look so cute there! Happy Happy Birthday to your dear Daddy! And many more! My dad gave me similar advice…only worded a little differently. He would say "Be a leader, not a follower". Same thing basically. Thankful for dads who shape us to be strong ladies!
