  1. He wants the judge to bully the juror into feeling like hes wrong. Youre allowed to have doubt and not let off a 3 time baby killer walk by means of "reasonal" doubt. The fact that the 11 claim to have 0 doubt in thier decision to let a 3x baby killer walk free tells me they are the ones lying to the judge about being able to be impartial and apply the law.

He even uses the word "forcefully" hes trying to strong arm the lone hold out to get the result that benefits him.

Also, the juror who wrote the note broke the rules of the deliberation by putting the 11-1 tally in the note and i think that was dobe intentionally to let the defense know where they stood which is illegal and anytging but impartial

  2. Reddington is disrespectful to the judge to a moronic degree … no surprise. His arrogance is palpable. But the judge earned his place, so give him some respect. I’m so glad one juror was brave enough to stand up to Kevin’s bullying. Kudos to Judge Sullivan.

  3. My heart breaks for Lindsay's parents💔They've lost 3 grandchildren, their daughter is paralyzed and now they have to sit through another trial. I am not on either side – but how much can a mother or father handle? At least they have the gofundme so they will have a roof over their head. But I can only imagine the emotional stress. Multiple high profile lawyers have said the prosecution didn't successfully prove their case. I think if you take emotions out of it and look at it from a legal perspective there is reasonable doubt. In MA the burden falls on the prosecution and judge Sullivan said legally there doesn't have to be psychosis, but "some mental defect". I feel the one juror wasn't taking the evidence into account, just basing their decisions off of emotion. But when you look at the evidence, review witness testimony and all other legal aspects of the case, there's reasonable doubt. If the prosecution spends millions on another trial, that's a huge burden to the MA taxpayer and do they feel they can get a guilty verdict based on how this trial went?

  4. The judge should put Reddington in contempt of court. Reddington wants a win .Reddington only wants a civil case so he can make money.
She is guilty and should rot in federal prison for ever and she could take Redington with her

  5. Do anyone hear that defence lawyer said 11 people are ready to say not guilty how he should know about that before verdict and how he can be that disrespectful to Judge to say you soft WTF you know your defence is guilty and you trying to found way to make it out… whatever you should not disrespect Judge, if you think jury not following low you do to talk judge that way

  6. Reddington is an obnoxious lawyer, and what is wrong with that Judge? Outrageous! He already declared a mistrial! The woman in cold blood, methodically killed her 3 children. What is wrong with this society?

  7. This is not a juror intimidation.. let’s be clear.. the juror is making a decision based on his own personal feelings not based on the case. The prosecutors did not prove their case, Reddington proved his case. This is how the law works. Yes Lindsay killed her children she is already guilty of that, but Reddington proved that she was mentally ill. Her children would not want their mom in jail, they would want their mom to be treated for her mental illness. Being in a mental institute and paralyzed is already hell. She needs help …

  8. Reddington should be charged with contempt of court for insulting the judge. How dare him to the judge that the judge is "glossing" over this issue! How dare him! He's an evil, mean, and IMO a narcissist! Mistrial! Mistrial! Mistrial! A not guilty verdict doesn't give justice to those THREE angels who never had a chance!!!!

  9. Back in the very early 1990s our jury had to decide on a marijuana sale (tiny baggie) to an undercover cop. NONE of us wanted to convict. But the law dictated we must, based on facts.
    Jury is hard work. 🫩

  10. Mistrial and hopefully get a jury of twelve that can convict like they should have in the first hour of deliberation. Chancy cold bloodedly and with premeditation murdered her 3 children slowly so that they suffered while screaming "No mommy no.".
