    Key Nutritional and Health Concerns:
High Sodium & Saturated Fat: A single serving contributes significantly to daily limits, increasing risks for heart disease and high blood pressure.
Refined Carbs: Made with refined flour rather than whole grains, providing low fiber.
Ultra-Processed: Classified by the EWG as a food linked to potential long-term health risks like obesity and type 2 diabetes.
Phthalates Concern: Studies cited by Dr. Aliabadi found higher concentrations of phthalates (chemicals linked to hormone disruption) in powdered cheese mixes compared to natural cheese.
Additive Concerns: Contains ingredients like sodium phosphates, which the EWG flags as having moderate health concerns.
