James O’Keefe, Cam Higby charged with felony unlawful voting, identity theft in Minnesota

Hennepin County prosecutors say the two men gave election judges the names of real registered voters at precincts during the Aug. 11 primary, without those voters’ knowledge, while filming a video about the state’s vouching rule. Neither cast a ballot.

  1. Wait, wait… Wait! Mary Moriarty, tries to charge O'Keefe with Felony Charges, 3 months AFTER it happened? How about the thousands out there that actually did it then? The system was about to let him vote with 8 others he vouched for!!!! And yet, they already allowed 10k's of others to do it… SOOOOoooooo "The fundamental issue is that MN allows this to begin with, not that someone who exposed it, are the ones that should be charged! What the Democratic imbecile is going on here!!!!

  2. He was really smart to say “the name is” not “my name is”
This man has been thru the legal process so many times he knows what he’s doing. And I’m here for every second of it lol

  3. Some people are not understanding that the intention to do good does not matter because what they did was still a CRIME. You can't do something illegal to catch someone else doing something illegal.

  4. This isn’t going to end well for Moriarty. Federal prosecutors were disbarred for doing the exact same thing to O’Keefe a couple of years ago.

  5. MN passes DL for illegals, DL only require for same day unregistered voters, and that voter can vouch for 8 other with no ID. What POSSIBLE reason does that make sense other than fraud?
