Well said, it’s a mixed bag of issues but in general the players need their voice heard and control they’re own narratives
Give back to communities that gave them ABSOLUTELY NOTHING???? ONLY BLACKS ARE EXPECTED TO DO THIS….
America hates the truth.
No those older players back in the seventies they were exposed to the same thing it's all a plan.
They always put black athletes at schools where there are all white or predominantly white kids. They never want to put black athletes where the underprivileged kids are. The only time they will put them near or in proximity to black kids is when they want to recruit a black kid into the sports industry as a player then and only then they will show their support for that Sid player. My mother has been dead since 2017 and she has been saying this for a long time. It's super weird how they don't have a lot of black women at these games and all of the coaches and assistant coaches female relatives are there and this is how they end up meeting some of the daughters and some of the and cousins and relatives and they end up marrying these athletes. My mother said it long time ago. This is nothing new. Just like he said it's super weird it has to be weird. They're telling you not to like somebody that looks like your mother your sister your cousins your female cousins. A lot of times black men will compromise and they'll get somebody that is mixed race black and something else. Sometimes that's not enough for these organizations because they have a plan they want to keep your money athletes, in their community.
Why do we ALWAYS ignore the fact the these players have sold their soul and have literally put their DNA on a contract? They don't have any power over their careers, their money, who they marry, etc…Really? Now they see what the devil looks like and want out? This is why they can't help their communities. All those millions and at best they open a chicken restaurant? Let's grow up and do our research, my people

Definitely one of the most difficult watching Community culture and bad choices continue to undermine progress wow that culture was being celebrated , now I'm very glad to see that business progress strategy education is becoming at least a cool option, FINALLY….

You honestly think most of these athletes grew up wanting to give back to their communities? They just want to chase their own dreams. Some of them actually hated their communities and never looked back.
Listen! this is so clear. but guess what, these players are the problem. yes. The athletes that don’t have the backbone to support their own community then this issue is them. They can’t let owners and systems dictate their interests in their community. but get this…how well know is this? we all know how these corporations operate. we all know it!
My only critique to Jalen is don't talk about it, just keep doing it. He already knows the system and game so it should not need to be continuously brought up in a stream or podcast.
Keep growing your community and bringing others with you and let the results speak for themselves.
