I do not support why they stormed the capital but I will forever more support a citizens or a group of citizens right to Overthrow the government that claims to protect them. Whether I agree with the reason or not part of the social contract we make with the government is we surrender some of our freedom for the security that they promise to provide if you don’t feel like they’re providing that security, you should be able to overthrow them.
Bringing these people on and Giving them a platform is only meant to divide people more. Half of the country believes that January 6 was unacceptable and no one should ever do it and the other half believes that they should get money for January 6. Meanwhile, we all agree that no one should be sexually abusing children, but we haven’t burned that building down yet.
