Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial told the judge on Wednesday they were deadlocked for a second time, a day after they issued their first deadlock note to the judge. The judge instructed them to continue, reading from formal instructions. If the jury still cannot reach a unanimous verdict after the third deadlock, the judge can declare a mistrial.

The way the Defense attorney was behaving in court, seems to be 11-1 Not-Guilty. I pray the 1 holdout continues to stay strong and not give in to pressure. This woman planned the crime. She’s not insane, she’s a psychopath imo.
I thinks shes guilty without a shadow of a doubt, but whoever the juror is, can constitutionally and legaly make that call based off of acquiescence. The constitution allows this in a form called Jury nullification… now weather its right or not is subject to scrutiny, but it is most certainly legal… you can vote not guilty even if you think they are, and vice versa… as is the law and constitutional rights of all americans…
