Every Judge that has a case by Donald John Trump, just dismiss it the moment the case number is spoken. Just do it with no hope of him bringing other law suites.
It goes against all common sense that the DOJ could, in effect, be representing its boss, Donald Trump, the plaintiff, and The Treasury Dept, the defendant.
And Trump admitted that that was his goal. To get the DOJ to represent the Chief Executive and an Executive Dept. on opposite sides of a court case.
I suppose there are totalitarian countries where it is claimed there is no need for a defense lawyer because the government is always considered to be fair and right. That's the judicial system Trump wants to construct in the USA.
