Why is it becoming so easy to do this, yet we are doing nothing to stop it. What on earth is going on with fools attempting to take property that is not rightfully theirs. This is happening more and more frequently and it’s scary.

I believe CAMERAS, 24/7 live surveillance is one of the best protectors – all angles of the home and your property!!! Even indoors! Today this tech is relatively inexpensive – everyone shld invest in total surveillance.
I don’t know about other states, but in the Commonwealth of Virginia, one can sign up for alerts if any suspicious action is taken on the deed of one’s property. Hope it works.
