There were many ex slaves still living and suffering. The fact is that proper compensation is needed to remedy that crime. Now you're talking some bullshit. There is no oppression or systemic barriers to anything we wanna achieve as black people. There is no lack of options or opportunities, there is not. In every part of the black community in America, there's a group of kids who stay in school, keep them grades up, excel academically, work jobs, graduate high school and go on to college and universities, and move on and succeed in life. Then you got that group of kids who drop out of school and onto the streets into drugs, gangs, crime, and violence, have babies out of wedlock that they don't raise and can't take of themselves, break the law, go to jail, and come out and can't find work because of multiple felonies on their records, and then blame the world for where they are in life, but I don't feel sorry for them. When you make your bed hard in life, you alone gotta lay in it. That's not the system, not society, that's all on them. They've made their decisions and they gotta live with the consequences thereof. Life is all about choices.

I have all the respect for master P and I like how he talks if you listen to him he had some good information and I think that would ever relationships he’s been able to cultivate involved white people so he’s not gonna blame them-I don’t have a problem with that, but I would like him to be a little more honest.
I understand that the past is the past I agree with him on that and we can use that history to motivate us, and he can help by showing us how to overcome those barriers. Somebody out there I don’t care who they are black or white can help us. We need to find that person.
