Jodi Arias murdered once, and was given a full life sentence. Clancy murdered three times, in a controlled, timely manner. How is she not already in her forever prison cell?

Something I do not understand with this case.
It is agreed upon that she did commit the murders, and the case is about whether she was mentally responsible. And that is what the jury was expected to deliberate on.
Yet it isn’t it STILL the prosecutors job to prove that she committed the crimes? Even if Clancy had admitted to it?
To my knowledge. She never confessed in court.
So how does this work?

I agree completely about mental illness being about willpower. My mother is nuts, my father a weak man, she could control it when there was company but lost it in private. I have dated too many women with BPD and they can control it when they have to.

I believe these kind of crimes (family) should be handled quitely protecting all those involved and not turn it into a circus, This circus harmed more people than the woman who murdered her kids. The way this was handled was totally wrong.

LEGAL BLINDNESS must be registered. LEGAL INSANITY should have to be registered. Else it's not a defense we should take seriously.
LEGAL INSANITY should have to be registered with the government just like any other dangerous disability. If you are legally blind, if you have cerebral palsy , if you are narcoleptic , if you were diagnosed with a stroke, if you have Parkinson's disease, etc… All of these dangerous conditions must be registered immediately and then you face restrictions based on the danger you pose to society. This is fair and it already occurs. And something as simple as an eye test is easily reproducible and easily a thousand times more trustworthy than any jury that decides that someone is legally insane at a moment… So I say THE FAIREST SYSTEM is a system that recognizes your dangerous condition completely. You would be given the rights of a child. You would not be able to drive or drink alcohol or take medication or refuse medication. You wouldn't be able to enter into contracts. You would have a very limited set of rights. And that would protect Society from you. So if Lindsay had registered herself as legally insane, appropriately she would not be allowed to be with the children alone.
Modern Western society cannot see any good in men… or any evil in women. Openly admitted apparently evil acts by a woman must therefore be mental illness or some other uncontrollable defect.
Or, of course, the open admission can be ignored because of Mercury, Leo, Gemini, or something.
A lot of leftoids and women have been talking about stuff like jury nullification fairly recently, as some kind of social protest or way to fight the system. But somehow it's bad for one juror to hold out and cause a mistrial because he simply doesn't believe the defendant's explanation?

There has to be even an unconscious bias by professionals to affirm mental illness. It might be a desire for money, but even on a more basic level, they chose the profession to help people. They're not going to be able to "help" sane people

Lindsay Clancy is a narcissistic psychopath, plain and simple. She gets off without jail time because she's a woman. That's how the west is. If she were a man, we all know their would be a death penalty or life in prison.
I had psychosis and in this confused and disorganized mental state it is almost impossible to do any kind of planning, especially timing is too difficult to get right.

My family have never listened to logic or reason unless they can find that stuff in the guardian uk newspaper, they are leftists, postmoderne and la feministe. We are in the depths of an issue where somepeople just look to confirm their biases whilst others look at issues from various angles.
I know you're fairly strong against corporal punishment, but it seems to me like the best way to restore sanity among women is to bring back public punishments, especially public capital punishment (eg public hanging) and public shame punishment (eg the stocks) — women, in modern times, have proved themselves to be immune from all other forms of deterrent other than shame and humiliation and, therefore, it is mete and proper that it should return.

I always love that, when you, the customer, are forced to be the person that relays messages between 2 parties that should just CALL EACH OTHER. I was trapped in customer service hell when I ordered an E-bike once and it was never delivered. so they wanted me to file an insurance claim for something they never sent according to Fed Ex. so they were basically just calling each other liars through me and this would have likely been solved by a single phone call. it took months of me complaining, and then finally threatening to do something, that's why they sent it.
They should do a background check on the female jurors it could have been that the female jurors could have used on demand abortion as contraceptive

They will never be able to find a jury to convict Clancy, there’s no way they can find 12 jurors to convict her so essentially she will get away with her crimes and that’s very bad for society, I think men have a greater understanding for what’s good for society where women have empathy for criminals , but regardless this whole case is very bad for the country
