S$1 million at 33. US$1 million at 34. The next target is S$2.5 million in household investable assets, enough to fund S$100,000 a year at a 4% withdrawal rate. Here is exactly how I am investing my cash, CPF and SRS to get there.

In this video, I share why I am moving away from individual stocks towards broad based index funds, and why a 10% correction on a S$2.5M portfolio changes how I think about risk. I break down my 85% international and 15% Singapore equities allocation, including why I hold the STI ETF as a home bias. I also explain how I treat my CPF Special Account as fixed income, why I invest part of my CPF OA and SRS in MSCI World funds, and how you can now buy eligible ETFs like G3B and XWR with CPF or SRS on Moomoo. Finally, I cover why I consolidated my Singapore ETFs on one platform and how I think about layering retirement income on top of CPF LIFE.

Its weird that not alot of people are talking about using stashaway ETF explorer to buy global UCITS ETF using SRS.. is it because it is not worth it compared to the recently launched ETF in SG
The nice thing about the second million is that the first one is already working on it. At 5% a year after inflation, a million roughly doubles on its own in about 14 years, so everything you add on top just shortens that clock.
also sir will you be sticking to investing in amundi msci world with SRS and CPF on POEMS or will you be buying xwr on moomoo/fsmone etc?
thank you for the content! but moomoo the srs/cpf investing fees not cheap leh else i would invest my srs with moomoo!
