Te va a gustar. Arte Puro.

  2. Random note but I'm happy whenever I see people with kobo and not kindle, we all need to stop normalizing amazon! (I'm still using the kobo app on my phone but have been debating getting one lately…)
(also I have a couple of the same brand of sketchbook on the go (one was supposed to be a travel journal for a trip I took nearly 3 years ago now x_x) I really need to start using them again!!)

  3. You changing “rock your boat” was so sweet. I had a friend when I lived in NYC. Idioms did not translate well for her. It was so cute. She would make me laugh so much!

Saludos!

  5. Interestingly I've never thought of using my sketch book at home – there I tend to use a single sheet of sketch paper & work my ZenPen (my name for my neuro graphic type doodles) & I save my sketch book for when I'm out & about – mmm 🤔 – I may follow your lead & experiment with using it all the time for a while & see how that feels, I like the idea of that –
Re-visiting galleries/museums for their permanent collections is always a good idea – we may think the Art works on display never change, but it's our perception of them that may alter over time or through particular phases of our lives – that's the interesting bit for me – how does something impact & move me in a way different from before –
Love the idea of regular meet ups with friends to share time in our creativity, even if our individual creative mediums differ somewhat – however the couple of folks I know have never shown interest to do so, they mainly knit/crochet at home in the evening for relaxation – my suggestion to meet up for silent reading – take our own book along to read for ourselves rather than like a book club where you are going to discuss the same book you all have to work your way through –
Anyways neither of the above suggestions were taken up so I'll continue on my Solo ventures & enjoy vicariously yours as you share them with us here –
Glad you've 'found' Mary Oliver – you'll never be lonely or lost in Poetry again …
    Oh & frogs !!! who knew 🤷laugh😂 –
I'd been missing your presence & whoosh the power of longing brought you here with another wonderful, connected offering – thank you for the perfect timing Fran –
As always I continue to wish All good things to you x

  6. Fran, how do you read poetry in other languages? Translated? How does that work? :0
asking cause I always thought the magic of poetry is almost only for those who speak the language its written in
