Can’t watch college football anymore
This officiating crew eating good today because everybody getting fired. From the referee to the chain gang.
Stolen big time!
"Following video review, it was determined Western Michigan's #18 started his jump from an established out-of-bounds position (left foot) and made contact with the ball with one second remaining on the clock. As shown in the provided video of what was viewed during the replay process, a side-by-side view of the play and the game clock, using a direct shot of the game clock in the stadium, was used to determine the final ruling.
Eighty-five minutes prior to the game, all broadcast cameras used for the replay system, including the camera on the game clock, are synced using a strobe system to ensure all cameras are aligned.
Per NCAA football rule 4-2-3-1, 'A ball not in player control, other than a kick that scores a field goal, is out of bounds when it touches the ground, a player, a game official or anything else that is out-of-bound, or that is on or outside a boundary line' and thus the clock is stopped."
That is a direct quote from the Big Ten conference. Having said that, no true Michigan fan should be happy about the game, and rushing the field was just embarrassing at that point. But if you bust out the "cheaters", "rigged", etc. – shut up. Just shut up. Saw way too much ignorant butthurt on social media last night.
This was absolutely shameful. Western Michigan won this game!
This is absolutely the WORST call in the history of football. Even only the most arrogant and immature Michigan fans think Michigan won that game.
The refs found an extra second like Biden found extra votes at 3am.
The Ann Arbor screw job
At least rich fields is happy with result
The only reasonable explanation is that the TV clock was not synchronized with the true game clock. Michigan lost, move on.
Michal lost ref bailed them out time was expired
I like being footballsplained about why the game didn't end but they have to try and explain how 0.00 isn't the end
The NCAA needs to step up and void this, win.
If Michigan not cheating the refs cheating for them.
Cheating
As many of us know, there was ZERO time on the clock.
I guess the referee had a different clock. Heck of a play. Go Blue
First the sign stealing now this. Michigan is officially a cheating ass school
Call the Sheriff the home field and refs stole the game from the visitor team Western Michigan
The 1 second decision should be reversed !
"Home Cooking" in Ann Arbor said the blind ref to the replay official.
Yup michigan knows they lost that gamr.
You know why it’s unbelievable? Because the damn game was over Western Michigan victorious. We all saw it happen, and then they took it away. That’s why it’s unbelievable. Shameful.
Guys gambling does not affect the games, come on that's crazy 😂😂😂 🤡
