The O'Charlies in West Chester closed many years ago. I had a horrible experience there on 2 occasions. I took my daughter there on her 14th birthday in 1997 and it wasn't at all busy. We ordered and waited and waited. There were maybe three other tables occupied, and she hadn't come back to check on us for 20 minutes. Finally i called the waitress over and asked about our food. She came back and said the order wasn't placed in the kitchen. I hadn't seen her in all that time that we waited, you'd think that she would have noticed and checked. I swore off that place for about ten years. Then in 2009, thinking that surely it could have changed and tried it again with my new wife.. same experience. That location closed about 2 years later and i said good riddance.
