Sir i am facing an issue that I have total work experience of 3.5 years and have left my last company and joined a policy bazar for one month and left that and joined other company and now policy bazar has provided me experience letter but not providing me relieving letter and ask for half the salary this is just not accepted as they told that it was just connecting to customer service as RM but there it was like calls or comeing and going on autopilot mode so i left and what action can be taken and what are the consequences of not giving money and will it effect my BGV if i switch after 2 to 3 years please help

Sir please help me. I had joined a company had everything pre onboarding and accepting offer letter. I went to the office to join on my first day, but I didn't had my last employer relieving and experience letter but during documentation I had clearly mentioned that I am in a process to obtain the two documents as soon as I get my both document I will provide them (new employer) but on my first day during documentation process they kept me on hold without clarifying anything about the employment. (Just said) You don't have a last employer experience and relieving letter so we will keep you in hold. I repeatedly asked them if this would affect my employment with them or if they would revoke my employment they had no answer. I request you please please please reply to my message . I am clueless now I had asked my last employer to give me my experience and releiving and they are ok with this. But my new employer is not ok with this but it would take some time officially.
