  1. the neck tension angle is legit, it drives mine too. for the ringing itself, unring is an app built for tinnitus, does masking sound and notched tones you can adjust to your pitch

  2. The main cause of tinnitus is antibiotics. I have been researching this for the past two years, but unfortunately, there seems to be no definite solution. Everyone keeps saying different things, perhaps just to promote their own business.

Please inform your loved ones who don’t have tinnitus to make sure they are fully informed and satisfied before taking antibiotics.

Thank you all very much. May Allah protect and bless you.

  3. Careful with this one .. go gentle on the tapping until you see how it responds .. may work for some depends on which type of tinnitus you have .. somatic version. This can be possible irritation so be cautious and ease onto the intensity..

  4. omg i could literally cry! i will cherish this for the rest of my life! the first time i did it wrong. i didnt cusp the ears but i still placed my fingers & flicked them. surprisingly there was some slight relief even though it was wrong! but i rewatched and when i did it correctly & removed my hands from my ears there was this complete silence of only my fan blowing! it scared me for a second actually. then i felt and heard the instant relief! thank you! bless you sir! im gonna look absolutely ridiculous in public now! lol but i at least i wont be looking at complete strangers & asking "wow do you hear that?" while they stare back at me like im a complete psycho lol

  5. Bro wtf 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 it worked 😭😭😭😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  6. 😊😅Researchers at the University of Zurich conducted a study involving 10 retirement homes with a total of 536 residents. This resulted in a potential study population of 453 participants. The researchers found that some participants had Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), a condition caused by displaced calcium crystals (otoconia) in the inner ear. Those diagnosed with BPPV were treated immediately using crystal repositioning manoeuvres to move the displaced crystals back to their normal position, leading to improvement in their vertigo and dizziness symptoms. (PubMed)

This wording is accurate because the Zurich study did not simply "remove crystals" from patients' ears. Instead, the treatment repositioned the displaced crystals back to where they belong using established manoeuvres such as the Epley manoeuvre. (PubMed)

  7. I saw this on Dr Berg’s channel quite a while back. I’m glad it’s being shared because it did work for me for a time. I didn’t do this exercise often. If done often, we can hope it will give us some peace.
