  1. I was 3 Years Old when this happened. Crazy to think that there's people who were born after 9/11 that will never understand the gravity of The September 11th 2001 Attacks.

Or even the wildness of The Internet during & after 9/11 in The 2000's. Before Social Media blew up & The Internet became mainstream, The Internet was The Wild Wild West.

  2. I remember on the WWE (then WWF) episode in Houston, Texas, two days after 9/11, a number of superstars gave tributes, among them was a young 24 year old Stephanie McMahon. Her tribute referred to the steroid trial and she said, " When my family was being attacked, we stood strong." A lot of people took issue with it, wondering how in the world she could compare the 2. She got a lot of heat and still does now, 25 years later for what she said They were right, they are incomparable.

However, if you look beyond her speech, you can get what she was trying to say which was that in times of trouble, worry and trial to stick together, stand strong and it'll be okay. The steroid trial was probably the most worrying thing she'd been through, as she was just in mid teens so still a child and she faced the very real prospect of her dad potentially going to prison (even if it was his own fault primarily). Her heart was in the right place but it was badly worded. Possibly it was written for her and she felt she couldn't decline saying it.

I know this is slightly off topic. Never Forget

  3. Why was Smackdown in Mexico on September 11th? Why was some of the heels wearing USA themed gear, only to be booed in a foreign country on 9/11? WWE and TKO were extremely short-sighted on this. This was either done on purpose, or was just stupid logic. Sign of the times I guess.

  4. I'm 50 Yrs Old now, so I was 25 back in 2001 and I worked 3 shirt, so I stopped at my local Italian Bakery in Revere MA to get my Lasagna and Italian Sausages for My Dinner even though it was 8 am but that was my dinner time. By the time I heated up my dinner in the oven and got comfortable on my couch to relax and eat, I turned on ESPN to watch Sports Center and right then the 2nd Plane Hit and OUR COUNTRY WAS FOREVER CHANGED!!! GOD BLESS AMERICA AND GOD BLESS EVERYONE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES ON THAT HORRIFIC DAY!!! GOD BLESS ALL THE FAMILIES WHO LOST SOMEONE ON THAT DAY AND EVERYONE WHO DEVELOPED INCURABLE CANCER FROM BREATHING IN ALL THOSE TOXIC FUMES!!! WE LOVE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!

  5. And the people that did this are the people that idiots like Becky lunch, Sammy zayne and all the other leftist idiots are fighting for to let them attack our women and children as well as welcome these low lives into our countries so they can terrorise us from within, you who support them need to be deported with them, I'm not even from America and I remember this and how you Americans felt that day, you should be ashamed of yourselves

  6. 25 years later and NYC has a muslim mayor who despises the country it lives in, its traditions, and its way of life. Way to go remembering the people who perished in those buildings.

  7. yeahhh a sad event but we must not forget the US has also committed atrocities as well some even worse we’re not clean. I mean it’s 2026 and a lot of idiots still think it was Afghanistan, Iraq or Iran that committed those atrocities and all of the americans generalizing calling them terrorists, when they literally had nothing to do with it. 19 people 15 from Saudi Arabia which wwe has a partnership with, 2 from united arab emirates and one from Egypt the last from Lebanon. Also sure that was a horrible attack all the way back in 2001 but those attacks still happening normally overseas, schools getting bombed random missile attacks etc etc, wwe and a lot of people in the US should study up on things more lol😂🙄💀

  8. I was 5 years old
I don't remember much but as the years have gone on and I've gotten older this day and the memory of it brings tears to my eyes like it was yesterday I'm not someone who cries a lot but this day always makes me
Cudos to Triple H for a nice tribute I thought it was appropriate not only since he's running the show but because he's probably the only guy left that was with WWE at the time when it happened
    Never Forget🙏

  9. I will never forget that day. I remember watching smackdown which was shown in the uk on Saturday and all the wrestlers put aside their differences as a mark of respect for the people who died. Always remember them and the people who risked their lives and them who lost their lives trying to save people on that awful day and after

  10. And Day 25th anniversary of the September 11

  11. I remember 9/11, it was on every TV station nonstop when I was 19 years old. At the same time when my mom and dad constantly argue a lot, realizing that they lost their home and we were forced to move out at the end of October, we didn’t leave until sometime around November. They just ignored the tragedy while me and my brother stayed together and focused that it could happen to anybody.
