Pick a Setup for R CMD check on Codeberg

R CMD check passed on Codeberg in three minutes with r-lib/actions and in about one with r-ci. Codeberg’s guidelines give its small runner five minutes, so this video follows where those minutes go: r-ci and r2u installing through apt, where each setup gets R and its packages, the rocker/r2u container on three CI systems, a race against GitHub’s runners, two heavier packages against the five minutes, and the wait for a runner.
