This dumb man is saying that india should talk to pakistan but not suggesting to whom. Selected govt has no power and military don't want to talk because if problem is solved the pakistan military will not be able to loot the taxpayer money. How many general and chiefs stay in pakistan after retirement they go to usa, London, Dubai, Singapore with millions of dollars and settle there. Hence there is no solution to indo pak conflict.
