CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Pennsylvania State Police say they have charged a 19-year-old Altoona woman with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence following an investigation into an April crash that killed one person and seriously injured another in Clearfield Township.
Troopers say Abigal Socie was charged this week after a months-long investigation determined that she was driving the vehicle involved in the April 4th crash along Beaver Valley Road.
According to state police, investigators initially believed a male passenger was driving the vehicle but later determined that Socie was behind the wheel.
Authorities allege Socie was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana at the time of the crash and did not have a valid driver’s license.

20 years to life with the possibility of parole after 35 years. The drivers name was Socie. I wonder if she is the daughter of the lady that used to run "Friends helping friends" bingo. That was a crooked way to run a bingo.
