Former Bachelor star Sam Wood is making his second bail application at Queensland’s Supreme Court, after spending almost a month in custody at Wolston Correctional Centre. The 46-year-old faces domestic violence charges, accused of assaulting and strangling his wife Snezana during a family holiday in Noosa. His first bail application was refused at Maroochydore Magistrates Court, with the magistrate citing strong prosecution evidence. Meanwhile his fitness empire 28 by Sam Wood has been rebranded and severed ties with him.
