I mean we don’t know the maximum strength Vegetto truly displays during his fight with Buuhan but using the ani-manga version of “A Hero’s Legacy” statement of Vegetto MIGHT be on the level of a SS4(which would be Baby Arc SS4 Goku), we could ascertain it would mean either Super Vegetto or a hypothetical Super Saiyan 3 Vegetto. Going with the more fan agreed multiplier of SS4(Super Saiyan 3 x10 = 4,000), Vegetto’s power would have to be divided by a minimum of 50 to 400 max. Using those to divide from 4,000(Hypothetical Baby Arc SS4 Goku), leaves Vegetto at a x10 boost to a x80 boost – not really answering the question. BUT if we use Goku’s statement to Super Baby 1 of “The Strongest Ki he’s ever felt”, Super Vegetto would HAVE to be considered since he was created prior to Baby Vegeta. So based on that evidence, SS Baby Arc Vegeta would most likely be stronger than Base Vegetto. (Sorry for the long winded comment lol)
