More than one juror is holding out!
Every medical professional failed this mother and her children. There is no expert when it comes to the human mind! PTSD, postpartum and psychosis is real. They had her on so many prescription meds because they were guessing at what would help her. I pray she gets the help she needs. She was failed and sadly her children paid the ultimate price! Walk a mile in someone else’s shoes
August 4th, 2026 Judge Sullivan allows Clancy to speak and her stipulation regarding the burden of proof of the prosecution.

If not under MA law this trial would readily decide in favor of the prosecution. The defense has supported Lindsay has mental issues (the exact nature of which still in question) but not that they extended to the point would expect to lead to the details of the crimes she committed without being aware, at least at some point during that rather lengthy process, was wrong. She followed through on murdering her 3 children then couldn't manage to unalive herself which would think "easier" to accomplish if actually wanted to. Guess we should also be assuming an evil persuasive command voice was as suddenly off it's game as it came over her. Anyway it all seems like too much while too little to even bother considering given the end result

Why do you think she is currently on an antipsychotic? Is that just for show in a hospital? The meds include a mood stabilizer and antidepressant. Those dark intrusive thoughts got loud. She asked her mother if she could hear her thoughts. That's the definition of psychosis.

The jury is not sequestered!? That should be an automatic mistrial. The OJ jury was sequestered for MONTHS.

Only 2 outcomes. She is found guilty for manslaughter or guilty with forever in mental institution. It would be not guilty if you have 70% female in that juror selection.
The judge gave the jury the options of murder 2nd or manslaughter at the last minute so as to avoid a hung jury. I’d bet on either of these

Nastychusettes, the only state that requires the prosecution to prove someone is NOT insane. All other states require the defendant to PROVE they were insane.
If a man botched a murder/suicide and lived, he would get the chair.
If jury deliberations go past Monday and into Tuesday, it will be a Guilty verdict or a Hung Jury.
