That House rule at 0:16 reminded me of "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" EP 6 and the French folktale of "Bluebeard". 😵💫🥶
Even remembering one of the dialogue between GANG TAE and MUN YOUNG while discussing their living together house rules in that Episode matches “Don’t Be Too Emotional" perfectly:
GANG TAE – How can I trust you?
MUN YOUNG – Will a blood contract do? 🥵
GANG TAE – You said that promises were rubbish.
MUN YOUNG – I will keep my word… because is a promise I made to you. 💘
There is a strong connection between "Bluebeard" and Big JANE here in the Series, so I hope Little JANE does not end up again giving up to his mistrust feelings for Big JANE, and for once manages to follow the rule he has set. The teaser shows the opposite though. 🥵
Strangely enough the brothers dialogue about "Bluebeard" in "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" EP 6 made clear the key point of the tale, a key point that matches the relationship between Big JANE and Little JANE for this entire Series very well:
SANG TAE – Why were the villagers afraid of Bluebeard?
GANG TAE – Because he was different from them. His beard was blue.
SANG TAE – Is being different something to be afraid of?
GANG TAE – Probably.
SANG TAE – Someone like that has to live all alone in a castle because he is different?
GANG TAE – No. He will eventually find his TRUE LOVE… someone who is not afraid of his blue beard, and tells him that is alright to be different. Someone who embraces him for who he is.
Let's see WHEN Little JANE can truly embrace Big JANE here in this Series, and stops questioning every single detail he comes to face over and over again. Only when he is able to do that sincerely he will fall in love with Big JANE truly. Otherwise their relationship will remain just a strong physical attraction, and never grow emotionally for real. There is no love without trust, then love is a strength of trust.
