The mainstream media and much of India may have declared him as a terrorist – the Govt claims to have solid evidence on him – but his trial has not even commenced??? For a Govt that prides itself on being tough on terror – that is an awfully long time period for not taking any action.
Is the BJP going soft on terror or protecting Khalid? Punishing Umar in an open court would have really been a massive win for the Govt … then why has the Umar Khalid case become a test for Indian Democracy and put the judicial system itself on trial ?
