Lawrence, regarding Nick Kristoff. I remember Rep. Andy Harris in Rules Committee last month cutting more SNAP benefits to cover some unneccesary garbage. Jim McGovern, who cares more about hunger than anyone in congress drilled down. Harris said that no one is applying. Well, of course. The restrictions and methodology are ridiculous.
