Some people love that community feel and I heard that tiny home communities have a prepared area to go to Incase of bad weather , like tornadoes.
I am the kind of person that don't like wasted space and I love homes that are beautiful and practical ……when we get older the less space to clean is easier for us to maintain….but it needs to be meet practical needs .
I myself love to be alone in nature
Maybe a tiny house cabin or a just a small built cabin on my own property would be great.
But I think this is great for people that love communities …..❤
I don't wan to be that close to anyone all the time , ever. I've been married for almost 40 years and love my hubby, but I need my space.Thank goodness we've done very well in our careers and don't have to.

It is a beautiful home, in a beautiful area. But I would not want to be your neighbor and have to listen to your TV when you're out on the porch, especially as your hearing worsens with age and the volume of your TV gets louder and louder.

This must be the most agreeable people if they never been in a tiny home or seen their tiny home being made. I don't think I could do that. I want to make sure the home really would let me age in place. Seeing a blueprint is much different than seeing the space in real time.

You stay on that porch because the inside is just way too small. I'm so happy you love it. I'm sorry, but I could not live there. You spent a lot of money adding to the outside. That's money I wouldn't spend, so I would want a house.
It is so sad to me to see ' tiny homes' costing $150,000. The original purpose of tiny homes was 'affordability', not so much anymore. 😒
