The REAL Reason Jaqen H’ghar Chose Arya Stark

What if Arya Stark was never supposed to become a normal Faceless assassin?

Why did Jaqen H’ghar let her walk away after learning the secrets of the House of Black and White? Why was she allowed to repeatedly break the rules and still survive? And why does Jaqen look genuinely satisfied when Arya finally leaves Braavos?

In this video, we break down the theory that Jaqen wasn’t training Arya to become “No One” at all.
He was preparing a weapon.

In this breakdown:
• Why Jaqen’s imprisonment may have been intentional
• Why the “three lives” contract makes no sense
• Why Arya’s punishment may actually have been training
• The hidden meaning behind the Game of Faces
• Why the Waif failed the final test
• And why Arya may have been trained specifically to face the Night King.

Maybe all of this was coincidence.

Or maybe Jaqen H’ghar understood Arya Stark’s destiny long before anyone else.

  1. I'm on board so far. But it wasn't a coincidence that they met again at harrenhall. The goldcloaks and lannister men attacked them all and took the ones still alive to harrenhall. Then when Tywin came he put them all to work.

  2. Since he knows so much about her, I’m figuring that he knew that she and her family were worgs and that was kind of the key to it all and that’s why the white walkers single out John because they know that the Starks are worgs and Greene Sears and hence they are very powerful.

  3. I agree on all your points regarding his plan except the end. If you really want a faceless one to be ready to kill the night king, you don't train a girl with family issues. You send the best.

Hagaar was definitely better at it than her, he could weave in and out of anywhere and he whoukd be a much better candidate to kill the night king. So his purpose must have been a different one

  4. I can also see what a double edged sword this project and skillset type would be.

Sometimes emotion and realness is the raw data you need to make the right call.
