The Grasshopper Fire may have disrupted the Wasco County Fair, but it couldn’t keep the kids out of the show ring.
The Wasco County 4-H and FFA Fair moved to the Hood River County Fairgrounds because of wildfire conditions.
A Level 2 evacuation notice for the fairgrounds in Tygh Valley forced organizers to halt the remainder of the Wasco County Fair on Tuesday night.
