This is the world’s most realistic lightsaber! It’s patented by Disney because they needed a REAL looking lightsaber in Disney Parks…
What makes it special compared to toy versions is that smooth extension and perfect glow. Here’s how it works…
Inside, there’s a clear cap with two long translucent tapes attached to motors that unroll it from the inside, allowing the lightsaber to extend upwards. As they extend out of the hilt, the tapes bend into a concave shape to create a rigid blade.
On the tapes are a series of bright LEDS that are programed with strobing and flickering effects to create that perfect lightsaber glow as you move it around.
My last question was: What can I do with it?

I need one of these!!!
The explanation we’ve been waiting for. It’s cool to see it in action but even cooler to know how it works.
they straight up ripped off that guy's design
They need to sell these to consumers they could probably charge a damn good amount of
And here we see how big companies steal other peoples stuff and say "we invented it".
Her reaction when it goes off reminds me of something
A link to the longer video would be nice.
Hero tech did it better. The hilt is slimmer and it’s duel ready
Meanwhile some asian kid build a retractable saber that can take impacts. Way ahead of Disney
That is too clean
no she want see the get burn because me god i get burn doing this not their shit on youtube playing have a lot money a lot views
Why she lowk look like Natalie portman
I don't know that young Asian kid built one that looks better so I think Disney wasted millions and millions of dollars trying to create this when some underage kid made one better in his bedroom and there are multiple models there's even videos of him at Disney and it looks as good or better than rays
herotech did it better
Does the blade RETRACT?
Cool 👍
Too bad an indy fan made a better version.
Na there's better
Genius and so obvious when you see it. I should have invented this in 1978. Lol.
It has got that realistic lightsaber wobble as well.
Hacksmith and HeroTech: Amateurs
I can really make a real retractable light saber, no joke… I have realistic idea.
But, affordability is the shortage 😕
, I will inshallah make one as soon as possible…
Now show a clip of it retracting
Go look at @HeroTech
Disney made better light saber but much much worse lightsaber combat. so sloppy so slow.
Nah.. herotech's lightsaber looks even better!
A dude made a real battle one
Hero tech is the champ on this one
Herotech did it better, check it out
Hacksmith:”hold me beer”
Watch herostech
Too bad he can’t deal with it
Herotech's Saber is far more realistic..
no herotech is
Fakestic
Nuh uh hero tech did this shi first
Disney will put a Hit on HeroTech now😂
And yet some ah companies claim they have the most realistic light saber ever when it has this long and big noticeable stick constantly sticking out 😭
yo guys! it may be 10 years from now, but i am currently training as a machinist. I am almost 1 year in. My plan is for my 10 years, i will try to make my own custom lightsaber, except i will make it fully retractable and shoot out and glow the same as a real lightsaber. I will make it also combat worthy.
Some guy on the Internet made a better one
Certified Disney meat rider.
one touch and it's over 😭
Can you at least swing it?
This is the only thing Disney did cool with Star wars otherwise they completely destroyed the franchise.
Hyper cool
How much do it cost and where can I get it
You can have my money
It would be fairly simple to make it like the assassin's creed hidden blade from the exio collection, a 2 piece design that's essentially 2 otf knives stacked in sequence.
