For one, google maps does not appear to have changed their labeling for those using from within Canada. Fine line they're walking, there.

I was thinking of something paradoxical today. If most voters are single issue voters, in theory you could be on the most popular side of every issue and get no votes. So strangely enough… it might be better to only take a position on a few issues.
E.g. Suppose three issues that poll as follows:
issue 1, 70 for, 30 against
issue 2, 55 for 45 against
issue 3, 75 for 25 against
If the minorities against each issue are non-overlapping and for the other two issues, you can get a situation where none of them will vote for a candidate that is in favor of all three issues.
100 people grouped as follows
issue 1 issue 2 issue 3
30 no yes yes
45 yes no yes
25 yes yes no
70 for 55 for 75 for
If all 100 votes are single issue, on the no side of that issue, and their single issues are exactly those ones they are no on. Then all 100 may vote against a candidate that is for issues 1, 2, and 3.
