TSMC reported third quarter revenue of $46.72 billion, above its guidance of $44.6 to $45.8 billion, But higher revenue does not mean every AI chip can ship: wafers, advanced packaging and high-bandwidth memory all have to be ready, and the slowest step determines how fast supply can grow.
