sounds like Keefe D took it upon himself to kill Pac because he jumped his nephew (understandable) and then told Puff, expecting him to be grateful and offer him a cash reward. A group of concerned women got the men together and all said "kill that mothaf*****." So a group of men got into a car and proceeded to drive after Tupac. They killed Tupac together taking turns where one man was too weak to continue. They did this to simulate rape. There was more than one 2pac. People who were working with the fake 2pac were cut from several deals when the real Tupac was killed. It was a "twin" gang of which the only members were 2pac and Tupac.
